Jersey Building Regulations include Heat Producing Appliances to ensure recognition and compliance with Part 11 Conservation of Fuel and Power in New or Existing Dwellings. All Heat Producing Appliances are legally required to be notified to the Planning Department to ensure that the installation can be inspected by a Building Control Officer to establish full compliance with the Jersey Building Regulations.
